Our clients’ interest comes first, for without them we would not have a reason to exist. We ensure this by linking our programs and advice to strategy, meaningful to participants, and focused on target outcomes. We are always asking our clients, and ourselves what is the impact of the program on stakeholders?
2. We are leaders, speakers, consultants, assessment specialists, trainers and coaches. Our goal is to find the best solutions to preserve and protect our clients’ leaders and their employees. We are highly selective in matching presenters, presentations, and their delivery. We ask, what are the qualifications of the presenters, how effective are their presentations, and how is the program delivered?

At a minimum, we have a moral responsibility to comply with the law; to do what is right, even if it is beyond what is in writing, is the standard by which we operate. We believe that integrity has only one level and either you operate with it or without it. We operate with it. We measure this by assessing the take-home value of all our programs from the beginning. What do participants take away and apply to improve themselves, their families, their teams, and their communities?

8. We ensure our design, content, and curriculum is up to date, and is considered a relevant practice for creating best places to work. We ask, how well designed is the program? How credible is the content? How relevant is the curriculum? How customized is the program?
9. We do this by emphasizing measurement and accountability. What return on investment measures are made and reported and to what degree is accountability for performance and results part of the program?
10. We are dedicated and disciplined to live out our mission, accomplish our annual business goals and have fun in the process.
