Kelly Kinnebrew, M.S.

For ten years Kelly has merged individual and group psychology with organizational development to craft leadership growth and talent management solutions. She brings her skills and professional passion to the roles of organizational development consultant and project leader, executive coach, and trainer/facilitator. She is particularly knowledgeable around the selection and interpretation of assessment tools for leadership and organizational application, and often trains other coaches and psychologists in how to most effectively use assessment data.

Past positions have included internal roles with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), Consulting Psychologists Press, The Burger Concinnity Group, and Lore International Institute. Specific areas of continuing education and/or professional expertise include: Jungian psychology, dream research and application, psychometric testing, spiritual practice study and coaching application, neuropsychology, and mid-life transition coaching/counseling. Kelly holds a masters degree in psychological counseling from Wright State University (Dayton, OH), and a bachelors in business with a marketing sub-emphasis from University of Portland (Portland, OR). Kelly plans to begin doctoral studies leading to a PhD in organizational psychology with emphases on depth psychology and human communication in Fall of 2006.
