Kendall Colman is the President & CEO of Colman & Company, a corporate performance and leadership development firm based in Denver, Colorado. She champions the vision of launching companies into promising cycles of promise and possibility.
Now entering their 13th year, Colman & Company is the only endorsed vendor for leadership and corporate performance by the Colorado Bankers Association, and facilitates the Bank Leaders of Tomorrow program.
Her ever present best-practice coaching is grounded in a lifelong curiosity, in people, their belief systems and what they would or would not create in their lives as a result.
Seasoned as a listener, combined with real-world experiences at the top levels- in healthcare, biotechnology, energy, financial services, education, banking, politics and government– Kendall has been the coach working with challenges facing senior leadership everyday.
Kendall works in conjunction with her clients to create durable solutions to challenging business issues- where the perspective of an outside coach can facilitate a successful outcome.
Focusing every team toward a vision grounded in desired outcome, Kendall has a unique flair for getting people inspired to change, mitigating situations where people are resistant and overwhelmed.
Kendall is a featured speaker at numerous conferences and has a best-selling public speaking program called Center Stage.
Having developed a passion for athletics, combined with a lifetime of great coaching, Kendall is always on the lookout for ways to learn, teach and share with others. She enjoys living in Denver, Colorado, with her family.
